If you use AEO Vista on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

AEO Vista provides live technical audits and reports related to SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Scores and recommendations are informational tools — not legal, financial, or ranking guarantees.

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
• Only submit public URLs you are authorized to analyze
• Do not abuse rate limits, scrape the product, or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights

Homepage audits may be offered without an account. Free usage may be rate-limited or changed. We may require signup for deeper workflows, team features, or repeated high-volume use.

Paid features may use a credit-based system. Purchased credits are generally valid for 2 years from purchase unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

Promotional or monthly free credits may carry different expiration rules, disclosed when issued.

AEO Vista, its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You retain rights to your content and domains. You grant us a limited license to process submitted URLs solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is." Search and generative systems change frequently; audit results may vary over time. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that scores will produce specific ranking or citation outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEO Vista is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
